Our approach to a website more people can use.
Making the website easier to use.
You should be able to read this website on a phone, tablet or computer, increase the text size using your browser, navigate using a keyboard and follow headings with assistive technology.
The site uses clear links, visible keyboard focus, alternative text for photographs and a skip-to-content link. The photo viewer can be closed using the Escape key. There is no autoplaying video or flashing content.
What has not yet been assessed.
A formal accessibility audit has not been completed. We do not claim certified compliance with WCAG. External websites have their own accessibility arrangements.
Venue accessibility.
Accessibility of the website is separate from access to Leigh Masonic Hall. Step-free access, toilets and parking information are awaiting confirmation. See Visit the FOB before planning your journey.
